The weather across the region will follow typical summer patterns on Wednesday. 

Mountainous areas and plains will experience standard summer temperatures, while other regions will see hotter conditions. Winds will be moderate, blowing from the northwest, with occasional gusts.

However, temperatures are expected to rise slightly on Thursday, according to reports from the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD). 

Most areas will experience relatively hot weather, with exceptionally high temperatures in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Winds will continue to be moderate from the northwest, with occasional gusts particularly noticeable in the eastern parts of the country.

While on Friday, temperatures are predicted to decrease slightly. 

The weather will return to typical summer conditions over mountainous regions and plains, while it will remain hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. High-altitude clouds may develop in southern areas of the country. Winds will stay moderate from the northwest, with intermittent gusts.

Saturday’s forecast shows no significant changes, with summer-like conditions persisting across most areas. However, the heat will continue in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Winds will be moderate from the west, with occasional gusts throughout the day.

  • Desert Areas: 38°C to 21°C
  • Plains: 33°C to 22°C
  • Northern Jordan Valley: 40°C to 26°C
  • Southern Jordan Valley: 43°C to 29°C
  • Dead Sea: 41°C to 28°C
  • Aqaba: 42°C to 28°C
